We were founded in 1989 on the concept that if account service and programmers worked well together, that meant better data and better direct mail marketing. We provided campaign management and data management including laser letter set-up and brokered offset printing, laser printing and lettershop services. When people asked us what industry we were in, we said direct marketing, not printing or mailing. Over the next 5-10 years we acquired several lettershops and installed our own laser printers, inkjet printers, inserters, and bindery equipment. Skipping ahead to the last 5-10 years we have installed SQL Server for complex database management and multiple composition platforms to drive the latest digital presses for high volume B&W and 4C personalized direct mail pieces.
To complete our direct mail marketing offering we have added analytics using SQL analytical tools and Tableau data visualization. However we remain true to our original concept of experienced account service teams and skilled data management programmers to produce better data and results for complex direct mail campaigns.
